I was getting 3 bids to replace my water heater. Kevin was the last
guy I called. He was they only one that tried to help me make a good
buying decision. The other 2 guys only offered me 1 water heater

Kevin Shaw personally came by to supervise and assist the
installation of a Rinnai Tankless water heater. They also installed a
whole house water softener system for us He had three plumbers
also working on the installation. I would highly recommend him for
future installations and any other plumbing problems that we may

I finally found my plumber. I have been looking for a plumber that could do the job right the first time and at a fair price. The lady who took my call was very pleasant and made me feel at ease. She said they would call when they were on the way and she did. the plumber arrived right at the time they said they would. The plumber Jeff was very neat and clean and spoke very good English. I found that very refreshing. He explained exactly what I needed to have done and how he could make the problem disappear forever. He had everything he needed on the truck and did the job very quickly, which was important because I had taken time off from work to get this taken care of. After he finished he cleaned the place up and left it cleaner that before they arrived. I have found all plumbers to be expensive and for what he did, I didn't find the prices any more than what I have paid in the past. Considering the warranty they offer, I think I got great service. They came out and unstopped my kitchen sink late on a Friday
afternoon. I didn't expect such fast service. While he was here, the
plumber did a free courtesy inspection of my other drains. He found a
blob of hair in my bathroom sink drain and fixed that for free. This

I found them here on Yahoo local. Easiest experience I have had with a plumber. I called at 8am and Kevin answered the phone. He offered to have somebody over by 9am. They showed up 10 minutes early and had me off to work by 10:30. Jose installed a new garbage disposer and did a couple of little repairs for free.

I was referred to this company by a buddy. I heard water running through the pipes, but had no faucets on. Jeff from this company came out and found that I had a old pipe in my backyard that we didn't know about that was leaking. He capped off the pipe and had the problem fixed rather quickly. Being in construction, I realize that plumbers are expensive. Their prices seem to be more reasonable than the last 2 plumbers I had used, Mike Diamond and ADEE. Just had them install 2 Rinnai tankless water heaters for my house. They did a very nice job. They showed up on time and finished when they said they would. Everything is working great. My favorite is giving the price up-front; my opinion is that it is incredibly unprofessional and unfair for a service “professional” to charge by the hour when the homeowner has no control over how long they’ll take to do the job.
