Kevin Shaw Plumbing, Inc. is an "Approved Contractor" with the California League of Homeowners and has a "AAA" rating by the Better Business Bureau. In addition, the trade association Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of the Greater Los Angeles (PHCC-GLAA) area voted Kevin Shaw Plumbing, Inc. "Contractor of the Year 2003" for outstanding service and excellence and Nexstar Network rated us "#4 Plumbing Company in the US!"
We are also one of the select few plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical service providers across North American to be awarded the "Nexstar Select Service" certification. It's not easy to obtain Nexstar Select Service certification. Each year, Nexstar conducts a series of independent surveys that measure customer satisfaction, financial stability and employee enthusiasm with their jobs and employer. Their surveys extensively reach actual customers and employees to obtain a realistic picture of a service provider’s performance. To even be considered for certification, service providers must score in the upper half of all three categories of which more than 300 independent businesses participate. In addition, Nexstar Select Service certification requires these independent companies to subscribe to a code of ethics, and a customer-oriented operations model. This  program is also aimed at improving the reputation and level of customer service provided by all contractors of these trades.
