She has extensive customer service experience and really enjoys interacting with people. Brandie takes care of scheduling appointments for customers, calls customers to let them know a technician is coming to their home, and handles all incoming calls to the office.

In her spare time, Brandie loves to watch hockey, read, and spend quality time with her Mastiff-Lab mix Roxie. Her all-time favorite donut is a maple bar, with anything chocolate related a close second.
