drain from a roof vent or other roof

What guarantees or
warranties do you offer on your products &
services?
A: At
Kevin Shaw Plumbing, Inc. we feel that
we offer the best written warranties of
any plumbing company in the area. That
being said, basic plumbing repairs are
warranted for one year, parts and labor,
unconditionally. Water heaters can carry
anything from 6-years to a lifetime
warranty. Garbage disposals have from
5-year to lifetime warranties and most of
the better quality faucets we provide have
a lifetime parts & labor warranty. If
something goes wrong, we will fix or
replace it for free.
How experienced are your technicians to solve MY problem?
A: Before
any technician is hired, a thorough
background check of his technical
abilities is performed by us and a
third-party company. We also have a
rigorous written and hands-on
knowledge/skill test that they must pass
before being hired. During their career at
Kevin Shaw Plumbing, Inc., a supervisor in
the field regularly monitors all
technicians. All employees participate in
weekly 1-2 hour training meetings and
attend technical and customer service
training throughout the year. We regularly
interview applicants from other local
companies who are unable to pass our
written and skill tests. If you aren’t
