Jose Flores was a life-saver...not literally, but we were out of hot water a total of almost 3 days. This was the result of someone hitting a power pole, transformer blew up and then a powerful surge followed!!!I'm impressed by his cleanliness like taking off his shoes at the door and putting on feet cover. Jose explained what he was doing, step by step, he was open to questions but still professional. He was so prompt, arriving at the time he had said he would. I can't sqay more positive things about Jose! Upon his return the next day, he had another gentleman with him, Joe. While I didn't see Joe but a few hours, he also appeared to have the attributes The company must have a very experienced person who hires because my other experiences in the past, have been equally favorable...they are generally very nice people in addition to being professional.

I had entered my information online at 8 am this morning and a description of my problem. Within one minute, I received a phone call to set up the appointment. Water heater replaced in two hours. 6 year warranty. I can tell these guys favor quality products / installation rather than going cheap, which for any long-term homeowner is the way to go. I decided to try a small repair on my own to replace a leaking pipe under my sink. Well turns out it wasn't as easy as I thought. I needed a plumber to help me out. Gave Kevin Shaw Plumbing a call and they sent out a great plumber who was able to fix my mistake and stop my sink from leaking. Thank goodness for Kevin Shaw Plumbing. I'll definitely use them again.

Our main water line failed on Saturday night. On Sunday morning, I tried 2 other plumbers who advertised 24/7 service. Only Kevin Shaw Plumbing was willing to help us on a weekend. Jose came out promptly, gave us friendly service, and, most importantly, got the water flowing to our house again!
