The repair of my kitchen faucet fixed a thumping problem I had had for a number of years. New faucets and numerous attempts to stop the noise had never fixed the problem until now. I had an excellent experience with Kevin Shaw Plumbing . Everyone I dealt with at the company was knowledgeable and helpful. Scheduling, arrival time, and computer updates and information were all reliable. I especially liked receiving the background information on the plumber prior to my appointment. I would definitely recommend Kevin Shaw Plumbing and have already done so.

These guys really know their stuff and take the time to give you your options. They are polite, professional, and show up on time, which as you know is rare in this business. I would recommend them for any service. They aren't just a rooter service; they are real plumbers.

I was really expecting a big problem when I saw water running down the wall near my water heater. Jeff was able to fix the problem by replacing the pipe that had a hole in it. I will use them again and ask for Jeff

I had a slow draining bathroom sink. Liquid plumber made it worst. Bought a hand snake which also proved worthless after blooding up my knuckles. Spent a few weeks brushing teeth and shaving in the shower. Fiinally caved in and called these guys. Showed up on time and got it done without any suspicious cureballs. Fair price. I would definitely recommend....you could do a lot worse.

I had been down to Home Depot to buy some parts to fix my tub faucet. The stuff I bought was not the right ones. Jeff was able to help me out and get it fixed properly.

Jeff was able to fix the valves that were leaking down the wall. I called the office and had it taken care of the same morning.

I was so impressed with Jeff and the way he quickly solved the problem of my clogged disposal. He was very informative when I asked questions and was very kind when I told him I had no clue on how to fix, or install anything that requires a tool. After all, I have an excuse. I have used Kevin Shaw in the past for our home and other properties and will continue to. you can find cheaper, but not better. professional, on-time, fixed once and it stays fixed.

I've used Kevin Shaw for many years with satisfaction every time. When I was much younger, I thought I would try a less expensive plumber. Yes, the other plumber looked sharp and "smelled good; but his work stunk, He broke off his drain-cleaning equipment down deep in the drain and estimated a cost of $8,000 to $15,000 to resolve the problem by cutting into my concrete foundation. I called Kevin Shaw, my usual plumber whom I should have called in the first place, and for only a few hundred dollars, both my original problem and the problem caused by the cheaper plumber were resolved promptly and in a very resourceful and professional way. I'll never again use any plumber other than Kevin Shaw.

Had to call a plumber which as we all know can be a hassle ,But after the work in my home was finished by\ Jeff,will never call anyone else but Kevin Shaw Pluming again. The company rep,said that they would be here between 9 and 9.30 9 am the phone rang to state they would arrive in 10 Min They arrived with covers for their shoes,and a smile. They were quick ,but very thorough,.fixing the mistakes that others had made. Will certainly call them if the need ever arises again

Jeff Probst arrived in the early portion of the 4 hour time frame given for the appointment. He was very professional, friendly and answered all questions I asked. He did the work and even wore shoe covers to protect the floor. Based on this, I would definitely use this company again for any plumbing problems.

Had a leaking ceiling at 2:00 AM. Turned off the water to the house, and called Kevin Shaw at 8:30. Had a professional, friendly plumber (Jeff) here by 9:00. Leak repaired, and water damage team recommended by 10:00. Don't like having these problems, but nice to get such prompt help. I didn't shop price, but will pay for service

Kevin Shaw Plumbing Is the Greatest Plumbing contractor. Excellent staff. Best journeyman plumbers in the area. The work is awesome. The tradesman who did my x girlfriends sink, was a gentleman , never left the job like Humbert and his 5 trips to home Depot. Kevin Shaw Plumbing did not leave until her sink was complete and working perfectly. Thank you! You Rock Stars. I recommend the best plumber in town. Kevin Shaw.

Jeff came to the property as fast as possible, we had some issues from a running toilet and leaking bathroom faucet. He took care of the issues with no problem. All in all a very good job well done. Thank you Jeff

Jeff did a very thorough job of installing our new water heater. He explained everything he was doing so we knew exactly how it was being installed. He was very courteous and very neat. I would definitely ask for him if we need any other work done in the future.

My 2 year old kitchen faucet broke and I didn't know who to call. I saw a Kevin Shaw truck down the street, so I took a walk to see if they could help me out. The plumber said he would be happy to help, but he would have to call the office to see if he cold stop by after he finished the job he was working on. About an hour later, he came over to help me out. He looked at the faucet, and told me he didn't have the hose but would get one and return the next day. He called at 8 am and said he would be over in 20 minutes. He showed up and replaced the hose. He also changed the battery in my smoke detector for me.

Jeff was very honest. He didn't try and pressure me into buying a new water heater. He told me to wait until the contractor that was working on my house finish his work, then install a new water heater.

The plumber was very nice.

I was given a quote to replace water heater-- $4200! I found another Plummer to install the same warranty heater for $950. All of the business I have given Kevin Shaw over the years, I feel cheated because of the prices I have paid! The service has been very good, but it doesn't make up for the exorbitant prices. My fault for not getting a second estimate.

This is the third time Jeff has done work for us and we are very happy with his service. Jeff is very professional, knowledable, courteous, and clean. I have asked him advice on several plumbing problems and he always is happy to give several options. It is good to have someone to give us a feeling of comfort in a job well done. We look forward to having all of our plumbing problems solved by him and the Kevin Shaw team. Kevin saw on Facebook that It had been posted there was a old nasty toilet at the curb. Another local plumber had just left and It had been there 2 weeks. Kevin had one of his guys come and get rid of it. No money changed hands, but it shows that they care for my community.

Jeff was great. the only problem was that they had didn't' show up at the promised time. They did call and said they were going to be a little later, because the plumber was still on the previous job. For being late, they gave me a $50 discount.

I don't know why I put off having the plumber come out. Jeff was very pleasant. He said he could fix the old toilet or put in a new one that saves water. I figures this was a way I could help do my part to save water, so I had him put in a new toilet.

This faucet was missing a handle. Jeff had one like it on his truck. he put it on, didn't charge us and said. "have a nice day" That was very cool.

The service man was great, as he was last time. I do feel the rate for the service was a bit high., The work was clean, done well and I did feel confident of the work performed

Realtor needed the plumbing inspected for our house. Jeff was very nice. Only found one thing to be fixed.

You can count on this guy to unplug and share preventative measures

I explained my problem and they went right to work. When Jeff was done,he explained everything he did and why.

First called them out for a leaking shower faucet and prices for some other work to be done. The plumber went over all my options with me in detail. I'm a nurse and work odd hours and they worked around my crazy hours. Also go to home home repiped. They even patched up and re-stuccoed all the walls when they were done. Fantastic service. Will definatley use them again!!!

I am 92 years old. My water heater was leaking. He took his time so I could understand what was going on. It ended up being a minor problem.

This is the third time I have had Jeff from Kevin Shaw Plumbing out for service. This time the toilet in my wife's bathroom was leaking. Jeff knew what to do and had the parts on his truck to do it.

They were able to fix my old furnace for less than $300.00. I will definitely call them to replace it when the time comes.
