I had a great experience with Kevin Shaw Plumbing. Jose was fantastic and it looks like I've found my new plumbing service. I recently decided to not return to my old plumber and I had an estimate that I received from another highly rated service that seemed completely out of this world. When Jose showed up, it was easy, the price was reasonable and he addressed a very problematic valve in no time flat. I'm very impressed by this experience and will use Kevin Shaw from here on out.

Jose did a great job completing the work. Price was a bit high, but I felt great about the quality of the completed job.

You pay for what you get...While the prices seem comparatively high the major emphasis on customer satisfaction is worth it. These guys and gals (Brandi in the office is outstanding) listen and don't give up until you walk away with a satisfied smile on your face. Kevin Shaw himself will even show up at your door to follow up. The work is flawless and warranted. Fast and efficient with true and fair pricing.

Had a leaking ceiling at 2:00 AM. Turned off the water to the house, and called Kevin Shaw at 8:30. Had a professional, friendly plumber (Jeff) here by 9:00. Leak repaired, and water damage team recommended by 10:00. Don't like having these problems, but nice to get such prompt help. I didn't shop price, but will pay for service

I had a Moen shower faucet that was impossible to turn on. I for sure thought that he was going to tell me the whole thing needed to be replaced. My neighbor just had the same valve replaced. It took him a little bit of time, but Jose was able to get it fixed without tearing into the wall.

My 2 year old kitchen faucet broke and I didn't know who to call. I saw a Kevin Shaw truck down the street, so I took a walk to see if they could help me out. The plumber said he would be happy to help, but he would have to call the office to see if he cold stop by after he finished the job he was working on. About an hour later, he came over to help me out. He looked at the faucet, and told me he didn't have the hose but would get one and return the next day. He called at 8 am and said he would be over in 20 minutes. He showed up and replaced the hose. He also changed the battery in my smoke detector for me.

Jeff was very honest. He didn't try and pressure me into buying a new water heater. He told me to wait until the contractor that was working on my house finish his work, then install a new water heater.

Kevin saw on Facebook that It had been posted there was a old nasty toilet at the curb. Another local plumber had just left and It had been there 2 weeks. Kevin had one of his guys come and get rid of it. No money changed hands, but it shows that they care for my community.

Brandie was able to get Jose up to my house within an hour. Jose was very nice man.

This faucet was missing a handle. Jeff had one like it on his truck. he put it on, didn't charge us and said. "have a nice day" That was very cool.

I know house calls can't be cheap but I feel the price charged was just too high.

Kevin came out this morning to look at my sewer problem. Jose and Jeff showed up, installed a clean out contraption then snaked the line. Working fine now.

Kevin & Jeff were able to fix this gross mess from the roots. They were able to go into the ground and fix the broken pipe. They also fixed the wall and the tile floor they had to break into.

Just needed a toilet seat installed. They were very courteous.

This is the second copper water leak I have had. My regular plumber was out of town, so I called Shaw. They got here pretty quick. Jose climbed into the attic and found a leak right next to where the other one was. He fixed it and suggested I consider Repiping the b whole house. Will have to think about that one.
