An inspection by the buyer's agent showed our old sewer under the driveway had problems. We called Kevin for a second opinion. He confirmed the problem and within three days he had the work done, including replacement of a section of concrete in the driveway.

Seems a bit expensive. Though service was great, from the answering service taking my message to the scheduling staff to Jose the plumber who was very thorough and did an excellent job and explained everything he was doing and how the machine worked. I will recommend!

First, Jose was very nice, very polite. Did the job efficiently. Second, I really liked the fact that the office sent me out a confirmation email that he was on his way (plus he called in advance) but it also included a brief bio of Jose. Just a nice touch.

Jose was great. Being a single women, I was sure that I would get taken advantage of. I found a lot of water under my bathroom sink and thought Oh God, this is going to be a big deal and cost me a lot of money Jose came out and assured me he would get it fixed. Well, it turned out to be a very minor problem.

I had been down to Home Depot to buy some parts to fix my tub faucet. The stuff I bought was not the right ones. Jeff was able to help me out and get it fixed properly.
