From the person who took my initial call to the completion of service, this was an excellent experience and showed true professionalism. Once they understood I had a major leak they responded quickly to help out. Great job. Pricing was a little on the high end, but well worth having my water back on.

I had a great experience with Kevin Shaw Plumbing. Jose was fantastic and it looks like I've found my new plumbing service. I recently decided to not return to my old plumber and I had an estimate that I received from another highly rated service that seemed completely out of this world. When Jose showed up, it was easy, the price was reasonable and he addressed a very problematic valve in no time flat. I'm very impressed by this experience and will use Kevin Shaw from here on out.

This is the second time that Jose from Kevin Shaw Plumbing has come to my house. I am particularly impressed that he had the parts in his truck to fix my toilets. He also had a real nice toilet seat that he put on for me.

Jose came back to my house to run a high pressure hose down my sewer line. He showed me on his camera how the roots that were i my pipes are now all gone. He said they will eventually grow back, but not for a long time.

Jose was great. Being a single women, I was sure that I would get taken advantage of. I found a lot of water under my bathroom sink and thought Oh God, this is going to be a big deal and cost me a lot of money Jose came out and assured me he would get it fixed. Well, it turned out to be a very minor problem.

Jose was great at installing the water heater I had purchased. He didn't try and sell me anything additional. Just did what appears to be a very neat installation. Next time I need a plumber, I will call them and ask for Jose to come out.

Jose was great in checking out the problem and then giving me a few different options on how I could take care of this situation. The water heater was 10 years old and on the backside of it's life. I chose to replace instead of repair. He did the work right then and there.

You guys have saved the day yet again! Two different dishwasher service people couldn't figure out a simple problem, and Jose nailed it. right away! I'm thrilled to have a functioning dishwasher again after a month of back and forth with other folks. Jose was right on time, super courteous and friendly, and cleaned up spotlessly. I will continue using Kevin Shaw for all my plumbing needs - so far over the years - water heater replacement, 2 mainline clogs, a leak in my laundry room. Nailed it every time!

My service call was first rate. Very professional and competent. When the job was finished, I felt confident that any future plumbing needs would be well taken care of, so there is not need to worry about possible problems that might occur..

Phoned the provider and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day, which was great. Senior Technician, Jeff Probst arrived in the early portion of the 4 hour window scheduled for the appointment. He was very professional, friendly, and answered all questions I had regarding the plumbing problem. Despite having some technical difficulties with the electric snake, he completed the work and unclogged the drain. He did this without getting any water on the floor or cabinet below the sink which was pretty impressive and left everything as clean as before he arrived. He also wore shoe covers to protect my floors, which I had never had any type of technician do before. I will use this company's services again and would recommend them to anyone else with plumbing problems.

The KSP technicians are alway great at explaining the issue, troubleshooting before they start the work and always leave my home tidy and clean. Jose was very thorough and quickly resolved my issues. Technician was right on time, and took care of our non-draining bathroom sink (and small leak underneath) in a short time. Left everything spotless and better than new. Also very pleasant, well-spoken, and enjoyable to chat with. Couldn't be more pleased.

You pay for what you get...While the prices seem comparatively high the major emphasis on customer satisfaction is worth it. These guys and gals (Brandi in the office is outstanding) listen and don't give up until you walk away with a satisfied smile on your face. As a first-time customer, our initial consumer experience with Kevin Shaw Plumbing, Inc. was nothing but exceptional. My wife and I were so highly impressed with their "old school" business values and strong emphasis in putting the customer first, and equally important to us, being completely honest and up-front (re: no hidden cost or fees, or unexpected additional charges) concerning every aspect in installing our Rinnai tankless water heater (Model RU98i). Moreover, even when their own hired independent sub-contractors (re: dry-waller and electrician) created some job-related "over-charging" cost issues with us, and when informed about it, Kevin Shaw's people immediately and unexpectedly compensated us even though legally and ethically were not obligated to do so. Lastly, further kudos especially goes to their sales representative and installation technician, Jose Flores. Jose, along with fellow co-worker Jeff, accomplished together the entire involved installation project proficiently and in a timely manner. Both guys were very professional, highly competent, and most diligent in doing the job right. Retired from the military, my wife and I are presently extensively renovating our home's garden landscape (making it beautiful and senior-friendly) while further up-grading and renovating our final abode (a 1940's style house). Needless-to-say, we've dealt with many contractors with varying disappointment and limited success. It is so refreshing to find a contractor today like Kevin Shaw Plumbing Company that is definitely a cut-above-the-rest and anomaly throw-back to yesteryear when the majority of building and service contractors were typically honest, realistically priced, and truly customer-oriented. As long as this impressive company continues to stay true to such regarded "old fashion" business practices and principles, my wife and I will always highly recommend them.

I want to say thanks to Jose from Kevin Shaw Plumbing for coming out and fixing this disaster mess we had with our toilets. He pulled out a bunch of baby wipes and wet wipes that we have been using. On the boxes it says that they are flushable, but obviously they are not, at least not in our drains at our house. Jose said that they run into this all the time with the wet wipes that everybody is buying.

Thanks you very much. Jose has been to my condo a few times. He is always so nice. This time I had him replace the toilets in the 3 bathrooms of my condo. I really like the toilets seats he used. They don't slam down hard and make a lot of noise. I am a very happy customer. Oh he gave me a discount since I bought 3 toilets. I thought that was nice.

Jose was able to repair a very old toilet in our house. It was very important that it be fixed to match the decor of the house. My wife was insistent that she didn't want a new modern looking toilet in our 100 year old house. I really liked that he listened to what we were trying to accomplish in our house. We will have a lot of other things to do in the future..

I had a Moen shower faucet that was impossible to turn on. I for sure thought that he was going to tell me the whole thing needed to be replaced. My neighbor just had the same valve replaced. It took him a little bit of time, but Jose was able to get it fixed without tearing into the wall.

Jose and Jeff have both been to my house several times and offer the same excellent level of service everytime. Are they more expensive than other plumbers? Maybe, but the level of service they give is worth every penny plus more.

Yes, Jose is a very pleasant man to work with and he did a perfect job in installing my bathroom faucet. I am calling them back after I get a couple more faucets.

I know house calls can't be cheap but I feel the price charged was just too high.

Jose put on a new faucet that you connect the garden hose to. The old one was broken and was was dripping constantly.

Jose suggested I put in a higher toilet instead of fixing the old because of my bad knees. He told me that if I didn't like it, he would come back and install my old one. The new higher toilet is much better for me.. Glad he suggested it. If you have bad knees, call Jose and have him put in a tall toilet for you.

Jose was punctual and professional. Had the shoe covers ready to go that we require. He used both chemicals (i was assured non-toxic) and a professional snake and was able to clear the clog. He checked our other toilet just to be kind. We were informed we would likely have this problem again over time as the toilets are early low volume and that was simply a bad design.

Mi toilet and sinks were clogged and they came out and did a search and found a main stoppage. They had to put in something to give them access to it. Once that was done, they ran a big machine through the line and now my sewer is clear!!!

This is the second copper water leak I have had. My regular plumber was out of town, so I called Shaw. They got here pretty quick. Jose climbed into the attic and found a leak right next to where the other one was. He fixed it and suggested I consider Repiping the b whole house. Will have to think about that one.

Jose really got me out of a bind. I had a home inspection done, and they found the water heater installation not done right. Jose had to rework the gas line and install a pressure tank.
