Jeff was very professional and kind. Never once did I feel pressured to do anything and he gave me multiple options to help me out. Very satisfied and lucky to have met him.

Had an emergency situation with 75 people at my house and needed plumber at night/weekend to fix clogged toilet. Service was good, but was surprised by the $635 bill automatically charged to my credit card when I only authorized $285. After checking with other plumbers in the area, same service would have cost less than $400. Kevin Shaw plumbing did a good job, but their services are expensive and quality plumbing can be achieved with other quality plumbers in Monrovia for a more competitive price. I am still working with Kevin Shaw to reduce the price and to explain their billing practices. Maybe it will turn out oaky - stay tuned.

Called in at 8 AM bout a non-functioning hot water heater that had been installed by Kevin Shaw Plumbing. Jeff was there at nine and successfully finished by 9:45; barely a blip in my day!

Jose was great. We thought that we had a water leak in our ceiling because we heard a dripping sound. Jose came out and did his inspection. He determined that their was no leak. he said that the pipe was making the noise do to expansion and that it was not going to cause a problem, other than the noise. That was a relief and good news. The other good news was that he didn't even charge us anything. Just asked us to call back when we had anything else plumbing or heating related. You can be sure we will.

The repair of my kitchen faucet fixed a thumping problem I had had for a number of years. New faucets and numerous attempts to stop the noise had never fixed the problem until now. I had an excellent experience with Kevin Shaw Plumbing . Everyone I dealt with at the company was knowledgeable and helpful. Scheduling, arrival time, and computer updates and information were all reliable. I especially liked receiving the background information on the plumber prior to my appointment.
