Plumber near me needed. Found that toto toilet tank lever was no longer in working condition and water seal due to normal wear and tear. Unit components may require special order, if not items in supply house regular stock. In looking at lavatory fixture we found that leak was coming from faucet body and not supply lines. Being that fixture body is compromised, recommend replacement of unit. Lavatory faucet looks to be special order and quite possibly obsolete. Shower sprayer unit constantly dripping and requires mechanical components inside shower valve repaired in order to get unit to near new condition. With approval from management company we can try to renovate toilet items and shower as well.
